The Samui archipelago boasts around 50 dive operators, the majority being on Koh Tao. Our DM trainees dive with a cross-section of these organizations in order that they gain as much experience as possible during their resettlement internship or holiday. We remain independent from dive operators and governing bodies in order to protect our impartiality yet our instructors hold qualifications from PADI, BSAC, DAN, DDRC, along with other technical or medical diving organizations.

PADI conduct instructor development courses (IDC) throughout the year & there's ample opportunity to participate in PADI's career development programme ( see courses page).. Successful students are qualified to work in the recreational diving industry worldwide.

Local dive operators keep an eye on IDC/CDC courses and recruit some of the successful students to fill vacancies on Samui or Koh Tao. There's no guarantee, but a disciplined background puts you in good stead.
